• The Plaza de Toros de la Solana, built by order of Don Francisco Garcia Catalan, first opened its doors on July 25, 1909.

• It was privately owned until 1989 it was bought by the city council who ordered its restoration in 1993 at the hands of the School Workshop "Auditorio Plaza de Toros".

• The July 26, 1996 was the date chosen for reinaguración with a sign consisting of "El Litri", "El Cordobes" and Javier Conde Bulls dealt Juan Pedro Domecq.

• In 1993, the year in which the restoration where the original facade was left was started. Several bullfights currently being held.
