Bullfight Tickets Madrid March

In the month of March the countdown begins in Las Ventas Bullring as the first bullfight of the year takes place, which means the beginning of the bullfighting season in the Bullring of Madrid. The first appointment takes place on the third or fourth Sunday of March and sometimes coincides with Palm Sunday.

When does the bullfighting season begin at Las Ventas?

The bullfighting season in Las Ventas begins in the month of March, the third or fourth Sunday of the month and usually does so with a steer-bullfight; except if it coincides with the feast of Palm Sunday, in which case it is a bullfight. Depending on the calendar, up to two steer-bullfights can therefore take place in March. 

The management company of Las Ventas, Plaza 1, will announce three winning young bullfighters and a leading livestock of the previous season that will have the great responsibility of making the first walk in Madrid - Las Ventas.
